Working conditions

Working conditions constitute the core area of the social dialogue. Working conditions lie fully in the employers’ and workers’ sphere of responsibility. Working conditions have a direct influence on competitiveness, performance factors and the productivity level of enterprises and on the economic and social situation of workers.
