Group on Food Stuff
Co-ordination: UEAPME Secretariat
The Working group "Food Stuff" consists of experts from UEAPME's
member organisations and respective national professional organisations
in the food sector. It tries to promote the necessity of maintaining and
developing craft food production and traditional, regional foods. For
this purpose, it participates in the Advisory Meetings of the European
Commission (DG Sanco) and its experts closely follow the European legislative
approach “from the farm to the fork".
