Research and Technical Development Committee

The Research and Development Committee consists of the SME R&TD experts from UEAPME's member organisations. It follows the activities developed by the EU in this field. In particular, the work carried out by Directorate General Research. The 6th Framework programme implementation, how to improve the participation of craft, trades and SMEs as well as the preparation of the 7th Framework programme are the main issues of discussion. The Research and Development Committee is also a venue for the exchange of information and practices on research activities by SME organisations in the Member States.
