Submissions are now open for the second edition of the “Sustainable Entrepreneurship Award”, an international prize to honour companies working on sustainable entrepreneurial activities.

Led by former Agriculture Commissioner Franz Fischler, the jury also includes Secretary General Andrea Benassi. The panel will select examples of companies that work towards a sustainable future and develop intelligent solutions for the environment and society, through their regular business activities or through innovative processes and projects.

Winners will receive a 10.000 EUR reward to be invested either in the current activity or in a follow-up project. Submissions are open until 5 February 2013 and winners will be announced in April 2013.
