Services in the internal market
UEAPME welcomed and fully supported the objective of the Services Directive, which is to provide a legal framework that will eliminate the obstacles to the freedom of establishment for service providers and the free movement of services between the Member States. UEAPME has always stated that the Internal Market for services is not yet a reality for SMEs.
